A step – by – step programme.

From the very beginning of your treatment, we will introduce a step-by-step rehabilitation programme dependent on each individual case. This won’t be a comprehensive list of exercises you are expected to do down the gym that we all know we will either forget or won’t find the time to do them, but practical stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises that would fit around your work and day to day activities. This would combine with introducing active movements to regain mobility, movement and confidence through a daily routine in order to help you towards a speedy recovery.

A full and speedy recovery

By Introducing functional movements during treatment, this helps your body to start to regain normal movement, range of motion and functionality that your body was used to before injury. Whether it is returning to your sport, leisure or work, by using various techniques working with your movement patterns, maybe through a running or throwing action as an athlete or even the sweeping motions of a paint roller or plaster trowel. By doing this, we can help you return to your normal daily activities and help towards a full and speedy recovery.
