Treatment
Many minor soft tissue injuries are not necessarily due to just sporting activities but can be related to chronic occupational and postural muscle fatigue. This is where massage can help to spot the early identification of potential problems through palpation and general techniques, to spot any adhesion’s, stiffness, scar tissue through overuse problems or bad seating posture and help to improve on these factors, such as better technique, posture alignment and training methods.

Treatment Plan.
A specific treatment plan to be incorporated over a number of sessions, normally 2-3 sessions incorporating a number of techniques including basic massage and more advanced techniques . During this time, you will be re-assessed to establish the progress being made and to determine the best form of treatment required to help you increase your chance of a speedy recovery, increasing strength, regain flexibility and full range of motion.
